Sinking Vessel
Boat 3, Engine 49 and Light Force 38 investigate an sinking vessel. Captain Martinez, Engine 49, checks the bow. Boat 3 prepares for de-watering operation. It was later determined the vessel could not be saved and not an environmental hazard.
